"We have been attending Dr.Keenan with our daughters,one for over two years and is nearing the end of her treatment and the younger girl has just begun wearing braces. Having had no experience with braces we were anxious at first but quickly found that this practice was run very efficiently and professionally. Each member of staff was always so helpful with any queries we may have had, especially at the beginning when we phoned for advice and they always reassured us or offered an earlier appointment if necessary. On one occasion we had to reschedule due to illness and they could not have been more accomodating. Even the different methods of payment offered at the beginning were appreciated and displays the consideration given to each individual and their preferred payment option. There are never any delays at appointment times and the duration of each appointment reflects the time printed on the appointment card given at the previous visit. This we feel minimises the time missed from school. We cannot find fault with the service this practice offers and only wish more businesses were run as professionally."
